Ingredients of Fried Rice

  1. You need of Basamati rice (soak 20 min in water).
  2. It's of vegetable oil/ olive oil.
  3. It's of ginger garlic paste.
  4. Prepare of medium onion chopped.
  5. It's of carrot chopped.
  6. It's of green beans cut in to small pieces.
  7. Prepare of capsicum/Bell pepper cut in to small pieces.
  8. It's of green peas.
  9. Prepare of coriander/ cilantro and spring onion finely chopped.
  10. You need of soy sauce.
  11. Prepare of black pepper powder.
  12. You need of Salt.

Fried Rice step by step

  1. Soak basmati rice for 20 min and cook rice with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  2. Take a big pot and heat up.
  3. Add 2 table spoon of oil in a pot, once the oil is hot then add chopped onion sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste to it then add carrot, capsicum, green beans and green peas then sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Then add soy sauce and pepper powder to it sauté for 2-3 minutes and mix it well add salt as per your taste and turn off the heat, let it cool down a bit then add cooked rice to it.
  6. Mix it really well and finally garnish with fresh coriander and spring onion and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
