1. You need 1 box of fudge brownie mix.
2. You need 1 pound of diced strawberries, rinsed, and hulled.
3. It's 1 bag of semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips.
4. It's 1 bag of white chocolate chips.
5. You need of Holiday sprinkles.

Strawberry Brownie Truffles step by step

1. Mix brownies as instructed.
2. Add strawberries and mix thoroughly.
3. Bake according to directions.
4. Cool completely.
5. Trim off edges (eat them!).
6. Crumble brownies into bowl.
7. With small scoop, scoop brownies and roll into balls.
8. Place each ball on a parchment lined baking sheet.
9. In 2 sauce pans, over low heat, melt chips.
10. Using a fork, dip truffles in chocolate.
11. Do a variety, some dipped in dark chocolate some dipped in white.
12. After dipping place each truffle back onto parchment to set up.
13. Using piping bags or plastic baggies, put remaining melted chocolate and snip off a corner.
14. Drizzle chocolate over each truffle.
15. Top with sprinkles.
