  5. You need 375 g of sliced Portobello mushrooms.
  6. It's 200 g of sliced swiss brown mushroom.
  7. You need 100 ml of veggie stock.
  8. It's 625 g of veal tortellini.
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of each of dried oregano and basil.
  10. It's 400 ml of full fat cream.
  11. It's to taste of Salt and pepper.

  1. Add bacon to pan with a touch of olive oil. Lightly colour.
  2. Add shallots, garlic and cook till soft.
