  1. You need of cooked rice.
  2. It's of cabbage chopped.
  3. Prepare of ham sliced squares.
  4. You need of garlic chopped.
  5. It's of carrot chopped.
  6. Prepare of oyster sauce.
  7. You need of chikuwa(japanese rolled fish cake) sliced.
  8. It's of egg beaten.
  9. It's of Salt and pepper.
  10. You need of cooking oil.

Fried Rice step by step

  1. Heat up oil in the pan. Sautee the garlic till it fragrance and golden brown. Put the chikuwa and ham, pepper and stir. Add the carrots and cabbage. Stir for 1-2 mins..
  2. Add the cooked rice. Mixed it. Put a space in the middle and pour the egg beaten, add some salt and stir. Add oyster sauce. And mixed everything for 3 minutes..
